What you need to know before you start.
Do I need Studio to publish my EPK?
No. You can prepare and publish your free EPK once the required elements are complete. The free EPK includes Beathoven branding; this is minimised when Studio is active.
Is my EPK public as soon as I sign up?
No. Creating your account and saving your draft does not publish your EPK. Publishing is a separate action.
Do images need a minimum size?
A minimum size will not automatically block submission. Prefer sharp images. Format and file checks, as well as the EPK's required elements, still apply.
Does the free plan contact the media on my behalf?
No. You create your EPK and share its link yourself. Paid outreach and the team's artistic direction are separate services.
Can I update my EPK?
Yes. Edit your draft, save it, then publish the changes to update the public version. Afterwards, check the shared link.
