A clear framework to move forward.

Log in with the method you chose when signing up. If your account uses a password, use the app's reset link if necessary.

Complete the required fields, specify media rights and save the draft. Proofread your presentation before publishing.

App access and permission to send from Gmail are separate. Without an authorised mailbox, the app cannot send scheduled emails from your address.

Check payment, plan approval and mailbox connection. An unqualified target or an uncertain send result may require the team's assistance.

Billing is managed in your account. Check the total amount and the terms displayed before confirming a purchase.

From the app, open Help. You can also email contact@beathoven.tv, specifying your account and the campaign in question.

Do I need to share my password with Beathoven?

No. Use the provided login and authorisation flows.

Can I remove a public EPK?

Yes — from your EPK's publication controls. Copies already downloaded by third parties cannot be recalled.

How do I track a reply received in Gmail?

Check your inbox and log the reply in tracking when it becomes available. Sending access does not automatically read responses.
