What counts as a consultation?
A consultation grants access to the contact details of a new organisation, even if its profile contains multiple contacts. Exploring the map, viewing a profile or adding it to your selection does not consume a consultation. A profile without contact details consumes nothing.
How do limits and renewal work?
Your artist dashboard includes 150 new consultations per paid monthly period, with a maximum of 30 per day. The balance and renewal date are shown in the Network. Allocations are shared between the artists and members of the dashboard.
Can I find a contact I’ve already viewed?
Yes. While Studio is active, any still-available contact details for a profile you’ve already viewed can be accessed again without consuming another consultation, including after renewal.
How do Mixnov and Mastelio work?
Mixnov prepares a mix from separate tracks and Mastelio finalises a stereo mix: one final mix and one final master are included per Studio period, shared among the artists in the dashboard and subject to the available balance. You listen to the preview, then explicitly confirm the final processing.
How can I get Autopilot PR for €49?
Studio subscribers get Autopilot PR at €49 per release instead of €59. Studio entitlement is verified at the time of payment. The campaign remains an optional add-on service that you choose to purchase.
Is the EPK (electronic press kit) still free? Can I cancel?
Yes. Publishing your EPK, its link and its two PDF formats remain free. Studio is a monthly subscription that renews automatically and can be cancelled from your account; cancelling does not remove your public EPK.
