Depending on the features used: identity and contact details; artist profile; release information; texts, images, credits and EPK links; targets, messages and campaign statuses; login authorisations; orders, subscription and payment references; support requests; technical data and cookie preferences.

The account, the EPK and the services ordered are carried out on the basis of contract performance or the requested pre‑contractual steps. Billing fulfils legal obligations. Security and the processing of requests may be based on the legitimate interest of protecting systems and responding to users. Advertising, audience measurement and optional communications are based on consent where required.

Fields required for the account or the service are indicated during the process. Without this data, the relevant service may not be feasible.

Official authorisations enable the operation of connected features. The accesses actually requested are shown on the authorisation screens; you can revoke them with the provider. Beathoven will never ask for your Google or ad account password by email.

Gmail — actual permissions and use: Version V4.1.3 requests openid, email and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: account identification and authorisation to send approved outreach. No read access to the Gmail inbox is requested by this code. Confirm on the deployed configuration.

Data necessary for a campaign and its monitoring may be exchanged with the advertising platform used. Its own processing and billing are described in its policy.

Preparation and targeting may use automated processing. Validation of targets, messages or budgets during the workflow must not be construed as a guarantee of response or outcome.

Active processes, affected data and effects: preparation of texts and press kits, recommendations and selection of outlets based on the project information; scheduling of outreach after validation. The features actually active, the data transmitted to each provider and their retention are customised.

Data is accessible to authorised personnel for service, support and security. Recipients of outreach receive the information contained in the approved messages and links.

Inventory of active providers and their roles: OVH: website hosting; Google/Firebase: application infrastructure and services; Google/Gmail; Stripe: payments; OpenAI; WordPress: contracting entities, exact services and customised processing regions.

Stripe processes payments within its own environment. Do not submit full bank details in Beathoven forms. ecosystem tools such as TuneLockr and VoiceLockr have their own terms; an outgoing link on its own does not transfer your full file.

Data are retained according to their purpose, service usage and applicable obligations. Actual schedule implemented: EPK, campaigns, messages, requests, technical logs and backups, and accounting documents, for variable durations from 01 Days to 90 Days.

Supporting documents subject to a legal obligation or necessary to the defence of rights may be kept in restricted archives, separate from normal use. Retention periods for backups and external copies must be taken into account.

Strictly necessary trackers for the site’s operation are distinct from optional analytics or advertising trackers. Selection of optional categories is done in the site’s consent manager, with the option to change your selection.

Third-party resources embedded in an EPK or on a page may involve processing by their provider. The options offered and the durations should correspond to the trackers actually configured.

Depending on the processing, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any prior processing.

Email contact@beathoven.tv with the details of your request. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about who you are. We aim to respond within one month; a justified extension may be necessary depending on the complexity and number of requests.
