Number Eight

Numero Huit builds his music like a series: his releases carry episode numbers, his projects progress by chapters, and everything converges towards the same place, the Eighth, a universe he brands KING VIII.

'PANZER' is one of the foundational pieces. The fifth of seven tracks on DEPUIS J'SUIS SØRTI Vol.1, the song is one minute thirty-three long and is accompanied by an official video. Its cover sets the scene without compromise: a battlefield under a black sky, tanks in the distance, and the artist reaching out towards the lens.

An independent rapper, Numero Huit writes in French over trap productions and adopts a storytelling approach: each track tells a moment, each release is part of a larger whole. He also cultivates an alter ego, Numba Eight, his 'evil twin'.
