Mukubwa

'Elle et moi' is Mukubwa's very first song: a reinterpretation of Koffi Olomide's classic that modernises Congolese rumba with Afro and contemporary influences.

Born in Kinshasa, Mukubwa lived in Angola, Ukraine and Russia before growing up in France. Raised on Koffi Olomide, Papa Wemba and Pépé Kallé, he later discovered Michael Jackson, reggae and then hip-hop.

A commitment to passing it on, backed by polished production and genuine emotion.
