Luc Michat

A singer, songwriter and independent producer, Luc Michat creates direct, socially engaged songs rooted in France's social reality, giving a voice to local communities and to those who are too often unheard.

'Pas sans eux' was born at the heart of the 2026 agricultural protests. Written and produced in the days after Christmas, the track was released quickly as a gesture of support for those who feed the country. Its simple, memorable composition was intended to be sung collectively.

Originally from the Drôme des collines, Luc Michat spent several summers working on orchards; from that experience he retains a deep respect for a world that is often overlooked.
