The story
Kuzco × Ras Epsylow · POZÉ DOZÉ
'POZÉ DOZÉ' slows the tempo to make it resonate. Over an afrobeat production tinged with dancehall, Kuzco and Ras Epsylow deliver a sun-drenched track that blends Réunion Creole, French, English and Jamaican patois. The song celebrates resilience and joie de vivre: an invitation to pause and savour the moment.
Born on Réunion Island, Kuzco writes pop that carries the island's landscapes and cultural mix, between afro, dancehall and urban sounds. Ras Epsylow, a Réunion-born songwriter, producer and DJ based in Montreal, builds a borderless sonic identity from rap and dancehall to UK garage.
The single is released on Pavillon d'Or, the independent label co-founded by Ras Epsylow, which connects Réunion and Montreal. Ras Epsylow also produced the track and edited the video, which was directed by Marion Sery and Éloïse Alves.
