Why radio

Editorial support that strengthens the project's credibility.

For an artist independent, radio can provide external validation, new opportunities, and additional exposure compared to streaming platforms. However, it requires a clear package, a track ready to be promoted, and consistent targeting.

01 · Validation

A professional signal

Editorial programming is independent validation that can enhance the project's perception among media, bookers, partners, and industry professionals. music.

02 · Discovery

A complementary audience

Local, themed, community, and online radios reach audiences who do not necessarily discover artists solely through streaming algorithms.

03 · Continuity

An asset for the future

The airplay, feedback, and contacts gained during the campaign will later enrich your press kit and support future initiatives.

Submit my project

Programme directors remain independent in their editorial choices: an agency cannot guarantee airplay. Our role is to present the track under the best conditions, to the most pertinent contacts, and then ensure campaign follow-up.

The Beathoven network

Not a contact list. An editorial targeting.

A radio programmer receives many submissions. The difference lies in the suitability of the track, the clarity of the pitch, timing, and the ability to identify outlets genuinely likely to be interested in the project.

This is why we tailor submissions to the musical genre, territory, track format, and the artist's news.

France

Local and regional FM stations, community, student radio, and thematic web radios. The aim is to focus on editorial coherence rather than mass mailing.

Europe & UK

Selection of outlets based on the track's language, genre, and the project's ability to find an audience beyond the French market.

International

Web radios, thematic networks, and relevant distributors are approached when the project warrants international exposure.

Method

From listening to the track to campaign follow-up.

A professional radio campaign is built on a series of straightforward steps: understanding the project, preparing the proposal, targeting, contacting, and following up.

01

Editorial Analysis

Listen to the track, identify the genre, format, and the markets or editorial lines to prioritise.

02

Preparing the ePresskit

Bio, pitch, visuals, technical information, and links are compiled into a clear professional folder.

03

Targeting and sending

Radios are selected based on their programming, and each contact is tailored to the project presented.

04

Follow-up and reminders

Considered follow-ups, responses to requests, coordination of potential interviews or editorial opportunities.

05

Campaign report

Compilation of available feedback and useful recommendations for continued promotion.

Before starting

The necessary elements to present your track.

There's no need to have a perfect dossier before contacting us. However, the track must be advanced enough for the team to assess its potential and prepare the campaign.

Technical elements

  • Finalised audio file in high quality
  • ISRC code or distribution information
  • HD cover art
  • Defined release date or envisaged period
  • Listening links available when they exist

Presentation elements

  • A few lines about the artist and the project
  • High-quality press photos
  • Artistic positioning and music genre
  • News related to the release
  • Priority territories or objectives
Getting on the radio yourself

The mistakes that reduce your chances of being listened to.

You can also approach radio stations yourself. In this case, the quality of targeting and the dossier matters more than the number of addresses contacted.

01

Sending the same message everywhere

A generic email immediately shows that the radio's editorial line hasn't been studied.

02

Presenting an incomplete dossier

The programmer must be able to quickly understand the project, listen to the track, and retrieve essential information.

03

Starting only with the major FM stations

Local, community, and themed radio stations are often more accessible and coherent for building initial support.

04

Contacting the radio stations too late

A campaign prepared in advance gives the programmer more time to listen to and integrate the track into their schedule.
